Description
- A $95 million settlement has been reached with Apple over claims that Siri activated unintentionally and recorded private communications.
- Eligible devices include Siri-enabled iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, MacBooks, iMacs, HomePods, iPod touches, or Apple TVs.
- Settlement applies to U.S. residents or territories who owned or purchased Siri-enabled devices during the Class Period.
- Valid claims can be submitted for up to five Siri devices, with payouts capped at $20 per device, depending on number of valid claims.
- No proof of purchase is required if you attest under oath to owning the device and having experienced unintended Siri activation.

Summary of Your Legal Rights
- Submit a Claim: Get payment by filing a valid Claim Form by July 2, 2025. Required information includes your contact info, Siri device details, and affirmation of unintended activation during a private conversation.
- Exclude Yourself: Opt out of the Settlement to retain your right to sue Apple separately.
- Object: Write to the Court if you oppose the terms of the Settlement. You may also attend the final approval hearing.
- Do Nothing: Forfeit payment and be bound by the Settlement.
Note: The Court must still approve the Settlement. Payments will be distributed once final approval is granted and any appeals are resolved.
