2. To Submit Rebate:
   • Online:
     • Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at mobilpromotions.us/rebate.
     • Upload an image of your cash register receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled.
     • All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, September 7, 2023.
     • You must complete a separate claim form for each receipt with Eligible Products.
   • Mail-in:
     • Visit this link here and print the mail-in offer form. Complete your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and
     • Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed form to:

About this deal / rebate:

• If you submit an online claim, you will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If you choose a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you choose a physical card, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.
• If you submit a mail-in claim that is approved, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.
• Please allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of the Visa Prepaid Card. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the card.
