The Unlimited Talk, Text, & 2GB data plan normally costs $24.99 each month, but is 100% Free when signing up through this deal.
Any monthly charge?
If you’re only signed up for the Unlimited Talk, Text, & 2GB data plan, then there will be no recurring monthly charge.
Any cost to activate my phone?
BYOD activation normally costs $20, but this fee has been waived for this promotion. There is, however, a mandatory Account Credit/top-up charge of $20 at signup that is only used if you exceed the monthly data allotment.
What happens to that $20?
The $20 Account Credit gets applied to your account and will remain there indefinitely. If you ever exceed your data limit, then the extra data cost will be deducted from your Credit at the rate of $0.02 per MB.
What happens when my Top-Up Credit balance gets low?
FreedomPop ensures you’ll never be left without Internet access should you exceed your monthly plan capacity. This plan requires an initial top up of $20 and a minimum balance over $2.00 to protect ourselves from fraud and leakage. Your account will automatically be topped up for $15.00 when your balance dips below.
Can I turn off Automatic Top-Up?
If you activate your phone through this special BYOD promotion, then you will not be able to disable the Automatic Top-Up feature.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, you can Port your existing phone number over to FreedomPop for a one-time charge of $9.99.
Can I add this to an existing account?
No, this is only for new accounts going through this BYOD Promotion.
How do I get even more free data every month?
You can connect with other FreedomPop users through Freedom Friends (found on your account page) and earn up to an extra 500MB of extra data, every month for free!
